This person will manage a staff of 15 digital marketing specialists providing a full range of services to national consumer and b2b clients, including online marketing, SEM, social media, e-mail marketing and web development. As a member of the agency’s senior management team, this person will integrate their work with their counterparts in account management, creative, public relations, media, etc. As leader of our digital marketing discipline, the successful candidate will lead all marketing of our digital offering, including new business pitches. Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of national digital marketing experience and at least five years of management experience. They will possess exceptional leadership, relationship and communication skills. • Write, edit and manage copy on the external Web properties and e-mail.
• Develop copy for online advertising, taking into account conversion goals.
• Create and maintain Web, branding and style guide standards.
• Use Search Engine Optimization skills to ensure that the sites are ranking well in natural search.
• Define, implement and manage procedures for web content, including creation, approval, legal clearance, revision and removal.
• Ensure that all online content meets best practices, and brand guidelines.
• We are looking for someone with experience writing Web-based marketing and promotional content. Experience in the financial services and Associated Press style training is ideal.

Web Designer:

• Design and code creative changes to the corporate Web site and landing pages.
• Must know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Photoshop and Flash. Experience in the financial services industry a plus 
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, software engineers and management to develop innovative, user-friendly designs from concept to implementation.
• Understand how to design for different browsers and screens, with a goal of designing for conversion of site visitors.
• Create and manage Web style guides and standards for design.
• The ideal candidate will have outstanding user-centered design knowledge and visual design skills, good technical knowledge and proven expertise in designing for the Web.

Web Producer

 My Client is currently seeking a Web Producer with 5+ years of experience in Website management/development to conceptualize, develop, refine, and maintain our fun, interactive, user friendly web site. In addition to helping the organization with the day-to-day upkeep of the content and e-commerce and ensuring strong communication with the web team and upper management, the Web Producer will also work closely with and manage the web team in the design and continued development of the website. This position will be in charge of managing all projects for the website, including online and email marketing, leading implementation for web 2.0 enhancements (such as interactive communities, engaging personalized sections and fun customization experiences) and making sure projects are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities also include developing innovative ideas and overseeing the web team. This person needs to be both creative and deadline driven.
